Did you remember to save your wifi settings before rebooting?

Yes, I did so. I was also able to access the raspi over wifi (via ssh). So generally the configuration of wifi seems to be working, so at first I was rather thinking of a problem with the server daemon or something like that. Unfortunately I'm not that much of a linux expert, so it's just like pointing in the dark..
