Ah sorry, I didn't mention that, while configuring the wifi I had set it up to Germany.
My before posted log was an untouched and unedited system after reboot, also without changing to wifi.
Now I just set up wifi (and nothing else, just entered SSID, password, country, saved it, shut down, removed ethernet cable, powered up).
Then I tried to get the output of the shellscript you mentioned again - but nothing happens, it (ssh connection) just doesn't react anymore. I still can log in via another ssh connection, so not the whole raspi is freezing, but the ssh connection I run the shell script in. And, of course, web-ui not working anymore..
