Found it out. You have to edit the file /etc/triggerhappy/triggers.d/media.conf.
For me it now looks like this:

KEY_VOLUMEDOWN 1 /var/www/vol.sh -dn 3
KEY_MUTE 1 /var/www/vol.sh -mute
