Hi,
The log looks ok except that the IP address 192.168.178.90 is using an odd subnet of 178 which is not typically whats assigned by a Home Router. I would expect something like 0 or 1.
A log that looks good plus the symptom "sluggish UI" suggests something external to moOde software for example a network issue, a bad or really slow boot device (SD Card or USB stick), etc.
Try running a 30 second ping test from the Pi to your Router and then examine the ping stats.
