Got a spare sd-card ?
Install Moode to it and replace the existing sd-card in the Pi. Load a few Flac files of varying resolutions, put them on repeat and see if you get glitches.
Not sure what all the 'ffmpeg/mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2: AVIndex' is about but these are multimedia files with cover art ? What is their origin ?
