installed moode 7.0.1 and works fine with my HifiBerry AMP2 and no problem for installation.
it is correct there is no upgrade option to change from 6 to 7?

Correct, there is no in place upgrade fro 6 to 7

then only thing, just after installing
25 packages can be upgraded. Run 'apt list --upgradable' to see them.

i still belive it will crash my running moode 7 if i do it ;-)

Yup, moOde works with the shipped versions of all the packages, upgrading will cause unsupported breakages.
