Hmm, with an other SD-card I've got the same problem.

sdram I/O = 1.2000V
sdram chip = 1.2250V
@TheOldPresbyope The voltage can't be the problem. The values are default. This PI ist powered via the HifiBerry Amp+ with a 18V 85W powersupply.
