You have "Access Point: Not-Associated" error. Check your Router WiFi log for errors.

The 169.254.x.x address thats assigned after manually bringing up wlan0 is an Automatic Private IP address (APIPA). This address is only assigned when the client is unable to receive an address from your Router DHCP service.
