Hi,
The entry for Server is not valid. It needs to be Hostname/Sharename, and you probably want to use Userid=Guest and a blank password, and vers=1.0 in the mount flags for accessing a share on a Mac.
Also, Hostname/Sharename should show up on the SCAN.
Below is screenshot of my entries for accessing a share on my Mac Air.
