"Recently added" option to "Folder view"

what would be the advantage over the tag view?

For people using the folder view, it is mandatory to :
- switch to the tag view
- select "recently added" added songs.
- choose songs and add them to the queue
- Return to the folder view

IMHO, It's not very convenient. It would be more user friendly to select/deselect an option from the folder view without switching view
