Just rule out the obvious, you have turned the volume up in the moOde GUI haven't you?
I ask because I spent ages trying to work out why I was getting no sound a while back only to find (after an awfully long time playing with all sorts of settings) that the volume mixer had swapped to software at 0 after I'd been using Bluetooth for a bit...
