Upcoming moOde 7.1.0 release

Hi, Francesco:

The new utility was written by @bitlab for the upcoming moOde 7.1.0 in which it replaces the existing Radio Manager. However it can be also be downloaded into previous moOde releases and used from the command line.

I am writing a guide to doing this and will post it to the FAQ and Guides subforum later today so I can retire my cruder scripts I wrote about over a year ago.

as usual you are very kind and quick to respond. Good to know that we will have a new "Radio Manager". Either way, your utilities have been very useful and I am still using them.
