The 7.1.0 release is feature frozen except for some CamillaDSP updates coming in the next couple if days. The latter part of March is set aside for testing and debugging the 7.0.1 -> 7.1.0 in-place update.
The cache disable feature is on the > 7.1.0 TODO list but what priority it will get relative to all the other items on the list is not determined. More requests for this capability would of course help.
