Hi there, I've used Worldwide radio firefox/chrome plugin to generate radio packages for many countries.
Conversion isn't perfect, but should be good enough as a start:
Known issues:
1. Logos are very low quality
2. Streams are not verified - there are some streams here and there which are not working
3. Some packages are too big (e.g. Brasil with its ~8000 radio stations) - unzip and remove whatever you don't want
