Log looks ok except for some odd duplicated lines at the start but that could just be due to some oddness in the terminal window.
It's not obvious to me why your NAS mount is failing. Try removing it and then creating it again, maybe using userid=Guest and a blank password??
Also, the NAS should show up in the SCAN and you should be able to ping the NAS host from the Pi. If either of these fail then it would suggest some sort of network issue.
