OK, everything now is working. I found issue with usb port installed in my streamer case (connected via wire to raspberry). Connecting directly to raspberry solves all problems. It seems that either port or cable to external usb port is not working as it should, but was fine on rpi3. I still need to dig into this but at least it's not related to moode. Thanks for your time and support. I appreciate it.
