Interesting that both MoOde and Volumio have the same hiccough....were it not for the report that you reset your router I would have queried a possible IP reservation....
You're not using a switch between the router and Pi4 by any chance ? Or a browser set for https only ?
Nope, Pi 4 is plugged directly into router. Browser not set to https only.
