[PROBLEM] MoOde blocked after period of inactivity

Starting with moOde 8.0.0 chromium-browser is automatically restarted every 2 hours as a workaround to the chromium bug that causes 100% memory utilization and system hang after ~2.5 hours. Google has still not isolated/fixed the bug.

I've tested other other browsers but they immediately peg the CPU to 100% so at this point chromium is the only viable option.
