Upcoming moOde 8.1.0 release (Q2)

Here are draft release notes for upcoming 8.1.0 release.

It looks like the ;latest version of chromium-browser does not have the issue where after ~2.5 hours all RAM gets eaten up. This means no more automatic restarts of LocalUI every 2 hours :-)

GREAT!  The restart does not work too well for my 7" Touch Screen - after some days, I find my moOde more and more often on the CLI login prompt and need to power cycle to continue using it.
But I do want moOde 8, so it's great if this is fixed. Eager to test this!
