[PROBLEM] 8.1 32bit and Spotify.

Can also confirm the issue on both 32 and 64 bit.
On both the libresport runs fine from the cmdline.

To be sure on the 32 bits downgraded librespot to the prev version and the issue remains.
So it looks a problem om the moode side itself.
