Upcoming moOde 8.1.2 release

Here are updated draft release notes. 

- Added wav and aiff to audio file formats supported by the improved cue support in 8.1.2
- Fix Parametric EQ crash on Play due to missing lib include
- Add missing HpCF_Sennheiser_HD800S_A.wav coeffs file to Camilla

There are a few more issues we are investigating before releasing 8.1.2 but it should be very soon :-)

It's a lot of stuff... good job!

P.S.
a friend of mine seems to remember that adding a single track from an album consisting of SINGLEFLAC+CUE to a playlist caused the whole album to be added (I may say the whole CUE was added, e.g. the track???? was ignored).
I tried it with my "beta" and it works as one would expect, but cannot be sure whether or not my fixes are involved... can you (or anybody on original 8.0.2, for instance, and IGNORE CUE = FALSE, and at least one single flac + cue, of course) quickly check?
