Edit Reason: The idea is 80% alreaady available
)
Just a few days ago one of my RPi SD Cards crashed partial (partial : /boot was still readable, but the main partition not)
AND guess what ?! No Backup ! I created a Backup from a similar Moode Player I am using for a different room and changed some entries.
(Ok, still has not worked as I named the file wrong in /boot to moodecfg.ini.default which was not read during startup) I also recognized, that there is a new version of moode available
To make a long story short: The backup and restore only works from the browser. Is there a way to produce the backup-zip as a cron/at job ?
I would like to copy the backup to a central server ( my music library ) as $hostname-moodecfg.ini This would ensure that I have the latest configuration always on a secure place
