moOde supports input switching in the UI for the following two boards:
1. HifiBerry DAC+ ADC (Analog input)
2. Audiophonics ES9038Q2M DAC (S/PDIF input)
The unit I have is the RASPDAC MINI which is a complete kit. For just the ES9038Q2M board you would prolly need to refer to an Audiophonics tech sheet that describes all the headers and pin outs.

Other boards would require dropping to the command line and manually entering whatever commands are needed for a particular board to do input switching.
Also note that for the two boards that are supported in moOde UI the input to output routing occurs within the board itself and thus moOde DSP or EQ does not apply.
