I move forward trying to understand.

uptime of raspberry pi 3 :  10 days.

no possibility to connect from moode software

trying to connect manually using bluetoothctl command but even with the headset jabra, it's failed:

reboot
once rebooted, everything fine,  means connect to WTX-700 is ok, just have to click on play on moodle webpage
