In place update to 8.3.2 failure....Now re-installed!

Updated from 8.3.1 to 8.3.2, waited for all tasks to be done and then restarted:

- Libraray gone
- can access the configure screen but nothing else in this menu, not library, not audi, not system, nothing
- Radio station all present inclusive those i added manuall, put cant play anything

Here the same, after in place update from 8.3.0 to 8.3.2. Then the same problem with a fresh 8.3.2 install. Went back to 8.3.0 and everything is back to normal.

Hardware: Pi-4B 1.2 2GB

I'm not able to repro but if you want troubleshooting you need at a minimum to post the startup log for the system that is experiencing the issue.
