So I'm late to the party (even retired people have things to do IRL).
I see you all have sorted that the ID3 V2.2 tag is an unsupported version and that the iTunNORM comment is a disaster.
It appears there's one more problem. Yes, there's an attached picture frame (in ID3 speak) but its type is "other" rather that "cover (front)".
One of the programs in my kitbag, MP3diags, says it best: "ID3V2 tag has at least one valid APIC frame (which is used to store images), but no frame has a type that is associated with an album cover."
As you have seen, some programs ignore this---I suppose they just grab the first image they find in the file and call it the cover---but other pay attention.
Off the top of my head, I'm not aware of an easy way to change the descriptor on the APIC frame (unless you're up for binary file editing). The brute-force-and-ignorance way to fix it is to extract the image, clear the image from the file, and then reinsert the extracted image properly typed. Have to think about it a bit with respect to the tools I have.

Hello Kent,
Thanks for your reply, which I totally overlooked yesterday in the stream of posts, sorry.
So, I also saw that there is an abundance of frames for pictures, but the files I have looked into whose images show up in Moode use the "other" frame as well as the files do whoose album art isn't shown. But what you wrote makes perfectly sense to me, maybe having the images allocated to "other" instead of "cover" upsets Moode somehow, so I will have a look tonight if maybe "eyed3" with its tons of parameters can change the descriptor.
Regards,
Andrea
