Very odd. I have one system on a 3B+ thats been up continuously for over a month.
If your boot media is corrupted and can't be read then the issue is prolly external to moOde software for example a hardware or power supply issue.
If the boot media can be read than try plugging it into a USB port on another moOde system (or Linux box that auto-mounts all the partitions) and then examine various logs and files via the path below.
# Logs
/media/rootfs/var/log/moode.log
/media/rootfs/var/log/syslog
.
.
# Linux startup files
/media/boot/config.txt
/media/boot/cmdline.txt
/media/rootfs/etc/rc.local
