This is just a footnote to Tim's post.
Depending on your Linux system, you may find the sd card's partitions auto-mounted one level lower, below your <username>, e.g., /media/<username>/boot and /media/<username/rootfs.
Possibly you'll find the log files of interest have been zeroed out since a moOde maintenance task periodically clears the logs, but it's worth looking.
Like Tim, I'd suspect a power or other external cause here. While the symptom "freezes after a week" is suggestive of the O/S exhausting working (e.g., RAM) memory, something we've seen in the past with local display enabled, the failure to (re)boot suggests corruption of system files and that's definitely odd.
