Here are latest WIP release notes for upcoming moOde 8.3.4 release (Q3 2023)

Whats new:

- LDAC encoder and SBC Xq/Xq+ quality options added to Bluetooth
- Bluetooth inbound can use CamillaDSP
- Recently selected CamillaDSP configs appear at top of Quick config menu
- Worker job daemon auto-adjusts it's loop interval for more responsive config processing
