Step by step guide for using IR remote with moOde

Hello everyone,

I need your support. I am trying to install an IR remote control with moOde. 
Everything works up to the point "ls /var/run/lirc/" 
At this point "mode2 -d /dev/lirc0" I see the raw data. 
There is a ready-made template for my remote control which I have entered in "lircrc.conf".
Everything works up to the point "ls /var/run/lirc/"

The test with "irw" and "irexec" unfortunately shows nothing. I suspect that no mapping of the raw data with the values in the "lircrc.conf" does not work. 
What am I doing wrong, or where can I check the process?
