Regarding your second question, "is there a Subsonic renderer", I see this statement on the Airsonic homepage

Although optimized for MP3 streaming, it works for any audio or video format that can stream over HTTP, for instance AAC and OGG.

Have you tried simply defining a radio station entry in moOde which points to the Airsonic HTTP stream?
