The MPD manual says: Note There is a rumor that real-time scheduling improves audio quality. That is not true. All it does is reduce the probability of skipping (audio buffer xruns) when the computer is under heavy load.
Is it correct that the MPD output buffer enables low latencies of the I2S data stream (without CamillaDSP or SoX)?
Is there a flag for MPD audio buffer xruns?
