Thank you for the reply.

Though it might very well be inessential for my situation of use, i must admit that i like the idea of a read only system.
However, i will run it ‘normal’ as both Tim and you suggest, at least for now. Keeping it as simple as possible this early on in my maiden voyage is quite probably the clever route to go.
