At this point I have insufficient information to repro your problem and all my test systems work in both dynamic and static addressing modes, so I'm going to bow out.

The name of the BlackHole Router is just a coincidence. No filtering or blocking of network traffic. I solved it by inserting the same as the gateway as the primary DNS and I didn't fill in the secondary one. At this point I don't know what to think, given that with the previous version I had no problems with Google DNS.
