Beginner questions
#1
Hello,

First of all, thank you very much for the work you provide here.
I'm a Moode and Linux newbie.

I have a few questions.

The installation and setup went smoothly so far (Raspberry pi 4b 8GB).
10.1" TFT Touch 1280x720 from Waveshare - works

1.
Now I wanted to output the audio signal to the 3.5mm jack plug for testing purposes.
In the configuration I couldn't select this option (only the two HDMI).
In the forum I found a note that the kernel must be set to firmware legacy.
Now the audio output on the jack plug works, but the 10" TFT remains dark.
What could be the reason?

I plan to use a Hifiberry DAC2 Pro.
Which device must then be selected under I2S?
Hifiberry DAC+ PRO?
Or do I just have to select "hifiberry-dacplus-pro" under DT overlay?
Or do you recommend another DAC?

2.
Radios:
Most pre-installed radios do not work.
I get an error. Failed to decode HTTP Status 404
However, when I copy the URL into the browser the radio works.
When I try to integrate other radios I get the same error.
Internet connection is of course available.
What could be the reason?

3.
Which remote control should I use?
IR or radio
What can you recommend?

4.
I would also like to use hardware buttons for operation.
(Are there ready-made keypads available to buy?)
I found the option under GPIO.
What do I have to enter here?

5.
Power button
Found a "guide" in the forum.
Got into /boot/firmware/config.txt under GENERAL
dtoverlay=gpio-shutdown,gpio_pin=3,active_low=1,gpio_pull=up
registered.
Button is connected between GND and GPIO 3 (pins 5 and 6).

Unfortunately that doesn't work.

I know there are a lot of questions.
I've searched the forum for several hours but unfortunately I had no success.

Thank you for your help
lg
