[PROBLEM] 9.0.2/Pi3B+/7" Pi Display: weird display issues on touchscreen when using "m" menu

The occasional, odd screen tearing after startup happened on my end. It suggests an issue possibly in the KMS videocore driver. This was on a Pi-3B.

In my case it went away after Menu, Refresh but I didn't do extensive testing.
