The output from moodeutl --hwparams that you provided earlier showed that a 16/44.1 PCM stream was being sent to your audio device, and you did say in your OP that radio stations play ok. That would suggest the device is ok.

Usually with "Bluetooth no sound" issue the problem is that the volume in the client app is 0 or too low.

I'll double check but I believe I checked the volume on all the devices using several types of app like MusicBee as well as radio paradise directly from the web. 

I'll test them again later.  I re-tried it also with current 32 bit version but that has the same result.
