The strange thing, is that this headless Raspberry PI3 have been working with same WIFI dongle for many years and that is the way I have been updating and installing my Moode audio and ROON Bridge. Only to find that the WIFI route for updating Roon Bridge is not working anymore from Moode version 9.0 and upwards.
Problem was solved by connecting it to to a LAN network cable - immediately I got and response and Roon Bridge was successfully installed.
