Are u using a PCM5xxx based DAC?

EDIT TO ADD:
Apparently there are some bugs in the pcm512x driver causing audio glitches. This driver is used by all PCM5xxx based DAC's. See this recent Git issue in the Raspberry Pi Linux repo.
