I have a CM4 (an eMMC version) which I got some years ago for a different project unrelated to moOde. Of course I had to try installing moOde to it anyway when it arrived. It worked like a charm. Caveat: that was pre-Bookworm RPiOS.
By all means, let us know how you get on. My expectation is that it'll work fine but we're here to help to the best we can if it doesn't.
