[SOLVED] After update to 9.1.0 special characters in Title not displayed correctly

Try this patch and let me know how it goes. It only takes a couple of seconds to install.

After installation is complete do the following:

1. Restart the system
2. Menu > Configure > Library
3. CLEAR Library tag cache
