The Clock Radio feature is not the most important item on the TODO list but if you want to improve it or offer an improved version then have a look at the Developer Guide. There is a link to it on the Developer page at moodeaudio.org. It assumes you have knowledge of Gulp which is used to build the moode application.
You should post a link to your code repo so I can have a look at it.
