Yeah, I ran whois on that address and was also very puzzled (as in WTF?) about where that came from. It's listed as one of the DNS servers on my desktop (Mac mini). I don't know how it got there. My router (Synology) has the DNS of my local ISP (Sonic), so I'm not sure why my router (DHCP) would be giving out a DNS from Powerline-HK.
