[SOLVED] Annoying behavior of the Seek Bar when changing the position (V 9.0.1)

I don't ever use the seek function.  In fact, I'd love the ability to turn it off because it is very irritating when I accidentally touch the bar and the music skips when I don't want it to. 

I remove unnecessary elements with uBlock Origin (the best ad/tracker blocker).  I'm never using the volume control, or the little array of icons at the bottom right.
