I have the same problem as you with all radio if i use a static ip when i change it to dhcp all work fine i wanted to start a topic about this but i see others with same problem, my first one crash on me so i installed a new moode on a other pi so i got a other ip, but i use it in home assistant as well so i change the moode to static ip so it work again in my HA but al my radio stations get the curl error. but pretty strange he send the cover to my media player in HA. Then i change moode back to dhcp ip radio stations work again, install it on HA again with new ip and word there also but don't send covers to HA he never done that, i just saw he can but when network settings are different.
