[PROBLEM] System won't update

We fix bugs that are either obvious or can be reproduced. If it's not possible for us (the devs) to reproduce an issue it likely won't get any further troubleshooting because then its just a "wild goose chase".

I'm not able to reproduce this specific issue where for some reason the in-place update is not working and so it won't get any more of my attention until someone else can reproduce it and provide insights on what might be going on.
