Solved: 9.2.6 on Zero W 2: Will Not Boot - ID10T Error?
#2
@Mawson

You mention a Pi Zero W 2 but the Canakit in the link you provided contains a Pi Zero W. Which is it? The Pi Zero W requires a 32-bit OS so moOde 9.2.6 won't run on it.

If you have the correct image for the Pi you have, then you should at least see the boot-up messages scrolling before moOde takes control and blanks the screen.

You should see the same boot-up behavior with the stock Raspbian image.

I've never used PINN so can't comment but it seems unnecessary. So does completely reformatting the uSD card (unless you've borked it completely, which seems unlikely from what you've said.)

The official Raspberry Pi Imager program has worked perfectly for me with both uSD cards and USB thumbdrives.

More sleuthing seems called for.

Kent
