I assume you read the Setup Guide ;-)

moOde is based on PiOS Lite and thus is headless. By default, the WebUI does not show on a locally attached display. You first have to connect via a Browser on another host then Menu > Configure > Peripherals to turn on the Local Display.

Oh yes, I've been pouring over the guide, googling all sorts of basic troubleshooting...
Now that I know I got the wrong Pi I think things will be MUCH easier LOL
