Yep!
When you tap on the icon to select the station one of the entries in the menu that appears will be "Edit Station" which will open an editable box containing the station name and the stream address. Delete the current station stream address and paste in the new one remembering to exit by tapping "Update". Moode will then update the entry and the station will be back to it's former glory!
Note: You may lose the station logo on the "Playback" screen (the logo remains in the "Radio" station list)
There is a similar system for adding new stations (minus the station logo) by selecting "Create new station".
