Local display with mulitple tabs

Since I uploaded the pictures, it seems that this feature does not bring much interest.
I recently noticed that I failed to write modification the file "~/.xinitrc" (outside of the reset after an update), with nano via ssh.

Do you know if there is some read/write tweaks around this file ?
